Tuesday Dec 14, 2021
Tuesday Dec 14, 2021
It was a fun weekend in Florida at the QBE Shootout, where perennial podcast favorite Kevin Na teamed with Jason Kokrak to come from behind to win. And as usual, hosts Alex Lauzon and Michael Russell ask if this is finally Kevin Na's year (2:28).
And while we may have thought that was the final event of the year, there's more! Tiger made it official and is playing with son Charlie in the PNC Father Son Championship. And, of course, the guys will be ready to over analyze his performance along with the rest of the golf world (5:36).
In Tuned In, Michael is still turning to his Nintendo Switch, where he's beating his wife in her childhood favorites. Meanwhile Alex is watching Steven Spielberg's new "West Side Story," a musical that Alex's wife has never seen before (9:59).
This week's guest is Evan Michael, an actor who has turned into a meme thanks to his time on Holey Moley, and shares what it was like being on tour for two years for a childhood favorite show (13:20).
College football enters its silly bowl season, and Michael can barely read his notes when the teams are this obscure (39:56).
As the guys #AlwaysEndWithFood, Michael is enjoying the last of the cookies from a Holiday cookie swap, while Alex is gearing up for a food tour around his alma mater (42:51).

Tiger in Sunday Red and Eric Cogorno
Tuesday Dec 07, 2021
Tuesday Dec 07, 2021
What a week at the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas! Hosts Alex Lauzon and Michael Russell look at the huge developments in Tiger's recovery, the hilarity of hitting from the wrong tee, Morikawa's collapse, and Victor Hovland's love of paradise (2:08).
On the DP World Tour, Alex couldn't believe how different the world is, where nobody was allowed to come out and watch the South African Open (10:46).
The unofficial tour moves on to Naples, FL, where the QBE Shootout includes team golf and big names (11:36).
In Tuned In, Michael has turned to playing golf on his gaming console, while Alex is all over the Christmas TV Specials (13:01).
This week's guest is golf coach Eric Cogorno, who chats with Alex about the importance of keeping your thought process minimal on the course, and setting up targets for yourself on the range (16:27).
The College Football Playoff landscape is set, and there are some unfamiliar schools in the final four, but their chances are slim (43:08). Meanwhile, Brian Kelly has a horrible fake Southern accent, the Detroit Lions have finally won a game, the MLB is in a lockout, and alma mater Quinnipiac is almost #1.
And as we #AlwaysEndWithFood, Alex shares how much he is enjoying a family favorite, and Michael shares how he fried everything for Hanukkah (47:32).

This weekend is the Hero World Challenge, hosted by Tiger Woods, who is splashing back into the golf world and maybe making a return to the PGA Tour (12:59)?

Alex is recapping his adventures in LA-LA-Land and rubbing elbows with film stars and golf celebrities alike after a visit to the Mammoth Media Institute Open, where he chatted with the likes of Josh Cassaday, the Country Club Adjacent boys, and Tisha Alyn (20:20).
College football rolls into the final conference weekend, and by Sunday we'll know whose getting into those coveted four CFB Playoff spots, but Alex and Michael are sure it'll still be the usual two in the National Championship Game (30:35).

Windy Paradise and Linda Hartough
Tuesday Nov 02, 2021
Tuesday Nov 02, 2021

The biggest news of the week is a new but mysterious Saudi golf venture with Greg Norman. Alex and Michael ask the question: who's playing in it (3:33)?
The First Tee word of the week is perseverance, which encompasses Alex's golf journey to his best round of his life (6:05).

Tuesday Oct 26, 2021
Tuesday Oct 26, 2021
Japan finally proved friendly for it's favorite golfer, as countryman Hideki Matsuyama tamed the field and finally won at home for the Zozo Championship. This week the Tour crosses an ocean and a continent to head to Bermuda, where a weak field is set for the picking (6:01).
In Tuned In, Alex is all in on the F1 race weekend festivities that happened in Austin, while Michael returned to the movie theatre to see "No Time To Die" (7:53).
As the weather continues to turn and the Holidays come into view, Alex welcomes back Brandi Milloy to the podcast. Alex's Red Sox are putting up the W's in the ALCS, while Michael has decided to go all-in for his "local" Atlanta Braves (48:31).
